Return policy

As our services are customised and location-specific orders, there is generally no classic right of return. Our services are personalised at the customer's request and are often implemented immediately after the order is placed. A return after completion is therefore excluded.

 

Note on the statutory right of cancellation

As a company based in Europe, we naturally respect the applicable legal provisions. Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of cancellation for online orders. However, this right does not apply to customised services that have already been started or completed (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

 

Cancellation before execution

Cancellation is possible as long as the execution of your order has not yet begun. In this case, we will refund you the full amount - quickly and easily.

 

Customer satisfaction has priority

If you still have reason to complain or are not satisfied with the result, please do not hesitate to contact us. Together we will find a fair solution - be it a rectification, partial refund or credit note.

Travel costs for cancellations at short notice (less than 12 hours before the start of the appointment)
